Our Response to and Preparedness for Covid19.

 

Our top priority is the health and safety of our residents and staff. We are working hard to continue to identify and prioritize ways to do more. As an employer we have made the decision to require the Covid vaccination documentation for all our staff – as a condition of employment.  We believe this decision will make our community safe for everyone and allow our residents to be able to live their best lives.

As we begin to move our new residents into their new home as the Retreat at Alameda we are taking precautions to ensure the safety of the community, including our residents, employees and their families, and prospective residents, partners, and visitors. On this page you’ll find all the steps we’re taking to keep our community safe and covid free.

Doing Our Part

Following Guidelines

We are adhering to CDC protocols related to our industry. This is especially important, as we have the honor to care for a more vulnerable part of our population.

Purified Air

We’ve installing the REME HALO® system, a whole home in-duct air purifier, the next generation of indoor air quality (IAQ) technology, capable of purifying every cubic inch of air that a central air conditioning system reaches.

Regular Sanitization

Our staff regularly cleans and sanitizes all high touch surfaces to reduce risk of transmission by contact.

Vaccinated Staff

All our staff have been fully vaccinated to best protect themselves and those we care for in our community.

Temperature Checks

Everyone who enters our community is required to be temperature checked, as a precaution and a way to actively monitor outward symptoms.

Personal Wellness

Our priority is on the safety and wellness of our team and those we care for. We ask those who are experiencing symptoms to wait until they are well before entering our community.

The Retreat’s Assisted Living

In our assisted living community, each person will enjoy the benefits of indepedence, social engagement, while having 24-hour trained care staff and full time licensed nurses.
